G’Day Jeff,
Allow me to thank you for a job well done on the carcass breakdown hatchet you made for me. It’s absolutely brilliant for breaking down animals in the goat to deer class. Indeed, I’ve found it to be surprisingly versatile for skinning, to the point where it has become a primary tool. For the preliminary preparation of birds and small game it has no peer. Of course a knife will always be a requirement in my day pack, but I suspect the current one will last a lot longer now!

‘What a knife my friend! I tried it out on the week end and after a couple of days of hard work it still shaves! And looks really good!
I am going to have to build a cabinet to display these things! They are too nice to keep locked away. Thanks very much for a great knife and for getting it to me before the break. On another note, I need to buy a meat cleaver. Any chance of you making me one?

I have a moderate knife collection and know all about Damascus.
Your Celtic Knife is truly the work of a master!
As I don’t intend to use it I’ll get my son to put a razor edge on itwith a paper-wheel and cover it with a very thin film of anhydrous wool fat before placing in its spot in my case. I may buy another of your knives in the future,
